Q1. How much time is required to get a quote?
KING FIELD: Typically it takes from the first 2 hours up to max 4 hours if the project is complex. We do not charge for quotation reviews and the quotation is valid for 15 days.
Q2. Small-batch prototyping MOQ premium you have?
KING FIELD: We don't have MOQs for 1-500 pcs. Besides the pricing is low, you also get the 5%-15% component cost savings, and a 10% discount on the iterative prototyping.
Q3. What's the shortest time for delivery?
KING FIELD: Typically, it takes 2 days but the bare boards can be shipped within 1 day and a fully PCBA in 2 days when a rush order is placed.
Q4. What kinds of PCBs and packages are you supporting?
KING FIELD: We offer different types of PCBs such as single-sided/double-sided boards, 24-layer multilayer boards, flexible boards, etc.. Also, we can handle 03015/BGA packages.
Q5. How do you guarantee the quality of prototype assembly?
KING FIELD: Our prototype assembly is certified to ISO9001+ Level 3 quality inspection; we also ensure a smooth transition from prototype to mass production without any adjustments needed.
