Q1 : How do you solve the heat dissipation problem?

KING FIELD: For lighting with a lot of power, we work with aluminum substrates, and when it comes to lighting with an extremely high amount of power, we also use 3-4oz thickened copper foil. We additionally locate thermal conduction holes under the LED pads .

Q2 : How do you solve the problem of voltage drop over long distance LED strips ?

KING FIELD: In fact, we will prefer rolled copper to electrolytic copper. It has outstanding ductility and it will not produce micro cracks even after repeated bending. For the cases that require three-dimensional bending, we will pick polyimide as the material, and then combine it with a fine circuit design .
