The daily SMT capacity is 60 million points. The daily capacity of the DIP lines can reach 1.5 million points. FAQ
Q1. Can you deliver on your delivery schedule? How do you manage the risk of delays?
KING FIELD: Generally, we check our production capacity schedule before accepting rush orders, and if we confirm the availability, only then do we accept the orders.
Q2. Some chips listed in the BOM are hard to find. How do you handle that?
KING FIELD: In case we run into materials that are difficult to procure, we get back to the customers immediately so as to discuss if there are alternative models available or if they are willing to accept the price of the in-stock channels.
Q3. How do you guarantee that our design drawings and BOM will not be leaked?
KING FIELD: Confidentiality Agreements are the norm in our practice, and our internal documents are locked; not just anyone can see them. Also, personnel have been assigned specifically for managing and archiving client-provided drawings, BOMs, and test programs.
Q4. Is it convenient to visit the production site to check on the progress?
KING FIELD: A visit to the factory can be arranged by just letting the organizer of the visit know your intent in advance. We genuinely welcome customer visits to our factory.
Q5. What testing services do you provide for PCB assembly projects?
KING FIELD: We offer a complete range of testing services; functional testing and flying probe testing can be done at the customer's premises while automated optical inspection (AOI) and manual inspection are included in KING FIELD's quality control process.
