Q1. Are the materials and processes you use for prototyping the same as those used for mass production ?
KING FIELD: For both prototyping and mass production, we use the same supplier of boards, the same batch of chemicals, and the same production line .
Q2. Is your motherboard the same as a printed circuit board?
KING FIELD: Actually, our motherboards are advanced multi-layer printed circuit boards, specially designed for component integration and signal integrity manufacturing.
Q3. What equipment do you use for PCB prototyping?
KING FIELD: Our main equipment are laser drilling machines, electroplating production lines, and automatic optical inspection systems.
Q4. How do you guarantee that our design drawings will not be leaked ?
KING FIELD: For each project, we sign a confidentiality agreement with our clients and our internal system restricts access, only the project engineer is authorized to view the files.
Q5. Are there any color requirements for making samples?
KING FIELD: We offer several colors for solder mask: green (standard), blue, red, yellow, black, white, etc. are all available.
