Surface treatment : hot air leveling, lead-free hot air leveling, electroless nickel-gold plating, electroless silver plating, electroless tin plating, mechanical solder mask.

- KING FIELD's production line is equipped with 7 SMT lines, 3 DIP lines, 2 assembly lines, and 1 painting line. The YSM20R has a placement accuracy of ±0.035mm and can handle the smallest 0.1005 device, meeting the extremely high requirements of chip-scale packaging (CSP) and micro-pitch BGA .
- The daily production capacity of SMT can reach 60 million points; the daily production capacity of DIP can reach 1.5 million points, and expedited orders can be delivered within 24 hours, efficiently responding to customer needs.

KING FIELD : We use highly adaptable substrates that are RoHS/REACH certified ; all shipments include full-process test reports such as impedance and thermal stress.
Q3 . What if
your design has flaws? KING FIELD : We will conduct a free DFM review before production begins ; if any problems are found , we will never make any modifications without authorization, and we will communicate with you for confirmation as soon as possible after issuing the EQ report .
Q4 . Are there any hidden fees included in
your prices ? KING FIELD : KING FIELD offers transparent pricing, breaking down our costs into engineering, board fees, and testing fees; we also provide solutions for panelization and process cost reduction.
Q5 . What do you do when
your boards malfunction? KING FIELD : We will issue an 8D report within 24 hours to identify the problem before taking action; in addition, each of our boards will be printed with a QR code, providing test reports for each test and batch traceability of the entire manufacturing process.
