PCB surface treatment is a process of depositing a special material onto the copper pads, leads, and conductive areas of a circuit board using chemical, electrochemical, or physical methods.

KING FIELD: At KING FIELD, we don't use solder spraying for fine-pitch components; instead, we use immersion gold or OSP (Optically Smooth Plating) for better flatness. During the immersion gold process, we regularly conduct chemical tests to ensure the adhesion between the nickel and gold .
Q2 : How long can you guarantee the storage validity period?
KING FIELD: Our chemical nickel-gold vacuum-packed storage shelf life can reach more than 12 months, while OSP and immersion silver plates have a shelf life of 6-12 months.
Q3 : Can your boards withstand corrosion in harsh environments?
KING FIELD: In harsh environments with high temperature and high humidity , we will give priority to using chemically stable immersion gold processes because this type of surface treatment is resistant to high temperature and high humidity.
Q4 : How do you ensure that the quality of prototypes and mass production is consistent?
KING FIELD: Our prototyping and mass production are done on the same production line , using the exact same process parameters .
