Q1 : What is the minimum aperture that can be achieved on aluminum substrates?
KING FIELD : The standard minimum aperture is 0.8mm, and with special processes, it can reach 0.5mm . The aperture position tolerance is ±0.05mm.
Q2 : What is the maximum size limit?
KING FIELD : Standard size 600×1200mm, custom sizes available upon request .
Q3 : Do you provide test reports?
KING FIELD : We promise to provide a complete test report for each batch of aluminum substrates , including thermal performance data .
Q4: How do you ensure the signal integrity of aluminum substrates in high-frequency applications?
KING FIELD: We will control the spacing of the grounding via array to ≤λ/10 , and with edge electromagnetic sealing treatment, control the dielectric layer thickness tolerance to within ±3μm , and then use low-loss dielectric materials.
Q5: How do you avoid burrs and aluminum shavings residue when drilling aluminum substrates ?
KING FIELD: We use laser-assisted drilling technology . First, we preheat the aluminum plate to harden the surface layer , then we use diamond-coated drill bits and high-pressure coolant to flush it. At the same time, we use lasers to repair the PCB edges to remove burrs .
